Our Piping team have gained many years’ experience within a range of engineering design environments - from smaller design houses, large and multinational EPC’s and Operators. The design teams are able to work independently, as part of a multi discipline engineering team, or as part of a larger integrated client team to realise the benefits of collaborative integrated working.

All designs are prepared to minimise plant disruption, cost and construction effort as far as practical, whilst ensuring compliance with the governing piping and pressure equipment codes, regulations and material standards, such as ASME, API, ANSI, BS EN ISO, NORSOK, PED 2014/68/EU, EIG, etc.

Optimus have developed strong collaborative relationships with many different service providers to the offshore engineering business, from fabric maintenance, spool and pipe support fabrication, material testing, welding and NDE specialists, construction and commissioning, isolation and intervention, mechanical connector and piping repair solution providers. These relationships continue to add value to our business and enable us to offer bespoke solutions whilst maintaining a streamlined and efficient core business.
