Optimus (en-GB) | New Contract Award

Optimus (Aberdeen) Limited are delighted to have been awarded the contract to provide all Structural Integrity Support Services for a major North Sea Operator. The three year contract (which includes options for a further four years) was won in a comprehensive competitive tender process and Optimus appreciate the confidence the customer has shown in our team. The contract covers eleven offshore platforms and associated onshore plants and will assist the customer maintain their high standards of structural integrity.

This contract award marks a coming of age for the Optimus structural group, which started as a small team of three in 2011, now grown to provide the full range of structural engineering services covering integrity assessments, FEA, concept, detail design and construction, 3-d scan surveys and modelling in support of most of the major operators in the Energy sector. We believe the integrated nature of having analysis engineering and design services in one team, under one roof, allows us to respond very effectively to any issues our customers have. Optimus look forward to working with our new Customer and building a strong relationship.
